Hello EOMasters!
I’m very happy to share that my work on the EOMasters Toolbox has been granted funding through the German Bescheinigungsstelle Forschungszulage (BSFZ), the certification body for the research allowance.
The research allowance supports research and development activities by companies in Germany, and the BSFZ evaluates whether submitted projects qualify as R&D under the Research Allowance Act. Receiving this recognition is an important milestone for the EOMasters Toolbox and a strong encouragement to continue developing practical, research-driven tools for the Earth observation community.
The EOMasters Toolbox has always been built around the idea of making Earth observation workflows more accessible, efficient, and useful in real-world projects. This funding will help support further development and gives additional momentum to continue improving the toolbox for users, partners, and the wider community.
I’m now proud to display this badge:

I’m also grateful to NextGrants, who supported me throughout the application process. Their support made the application process very straightforward, and working with them was a genuinely pleasant experience.
A big thank you to everyone who has followed, used, tested, or supported the EOMasters Toolbox so far. I’m excited to share this news and look forward to continuing the work.

Tschüss & Goodbye
Marco
